Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities Are:Establishing process parameters in consultation with line designers and the client, monitoring and assessing them (performance studies); ? Responsibility for reducing process costs through their improvement and proper definition (EBIT); ? Monitoring and improving processes to achieve the assumed Factory Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); ? Providing and modifying process documentation for the production of new designs and changes in existing ones; ? Capacity analysis within the project, ? Control of documentation of standardized work instructions; ? Performance analysis and monitoring of trends (OEE) and disruptions in production processes; ? Establishing process specifications; ? Support for feasibility analyzes and the development of new processes; Value stream mapping; ? Initiating and participating in FMEA processes; ? Participation in 8D, solving problems with machines; ? Assessment of the material and product packaging; ? Initiating and conducting improvement activities; ? Support in process audits (internal and external); ? Consulting in determining the assembly process in the design phase, assistance in starting production; ? Analyzing, reporting and monitoring progress in relation to the process status; ? Compliance with occupational health and safety and environmental protection rules; ?
